THANKSGIVING

To the Community Gatherings Committee and everyone at Neffsville Mennonite Church: We cannot thank you enough for the vacuum cleaner you bought for use at the community gatherings. The cleaners are wonderful they are new and they actually work. But the thing that touches us most is the way you've invested in the Gatherings program. You understand the importance of what you do Monday nights, and you've wholeheartedly embraced this ministry. That attitude shows not only in this latest purchase, but in the faithfulness you demonstrate by showing up every month. You serve cheerfully. You are generous with the quality and the quantity of your food. It really and truly is a joy to minister with you. Thank you
from everyone at East Chestnut Street Mennonite Church .

Our celebration of Lent and Easter will soon be upon us. It is a time of reflection and remembering. Our desire this Lenten and Easter season is to join in and explore the age old question, ``Who is this man, Jesus''? Over the seven Sundays of Lent and Easter and the two Sundays following, we will journey through the Gospel of John and explore the questions that he raises in the stories about this extraordinary man Jesus and seek to understand the answers that are revealed in these Snapshots of a Savior. We trust that God will make this season a time of reflection and learning for all of us as we read and study the Gospel of John together.
